The Hammer Strength HD Elite Multi-Adjustable Bench is best paired with our HD Elite Racks. It is certified for a 1,255 LB load plus has various positions to adjust. The Dock'N'Lock system keeps the bench centered and locked in place when paired with our HD Elite Racks. The bench has a lever-action locking pin controlled with a handle that can be easily disengaged by pushing the handle down. The bench can then be rolled to the desired position while seated. The spring-loaded pin engages the slots on the Dock‘N’Lock rail for an accurate and secure position.
